I prepared the onboarding plan for Northwind Traders. Three tasks are already satisfied and ready to close:
- Verify the billing contact
- Confirm the tax ID on file
- Schedule the kickoff call
Completing tasks needs a person's approval, so the plan is waiting in Proposed work.

The limits are part of the design
They apply to every agent, in every workspace.
You choose the tools
An agent can only use the capabilities its skills give it. Anything else is refused, not attempted.
Changes wait for a person
Reads run straight away. When a tool would change data, the run pauses until a person with the right to decide approves or rejects it. The only exception is the agent's own working notes.
Agents run in Alliance Business Suite
They run on the platform, inside your workspace, under the same permissions as everything else.
Decisions stay with the work
A proposal waiting for a decision is shown to the person who decides, and the decision is kept with the request.
