- Included AI Usage is one shared pool for the whole workspace, used by people and agents alike.
- Free includes one standard model. Paid plans can use any model, and premium models use the pool faster.
- One RCU is 1 vCPU and 2 GiB of memory for one hour. Nothing is used while a workspace is stopped.
- Agents are never counted as people, and external agents are never charged for registering.
- Records the law requires you to keep follow their own retention.
How usage works
You always know what is left
Each plan includes an amount of every kind of usage. Included Usage Remaining is shown in your workspace at all times. When it runs out, Free stops at its Usage Limit. On a paid plan, Additional Usage only starts once an admin approves an amount, which raises the Usage Limit for that period. No surprise invoices.

- Keep files in your own storage where it is supported. Only what ABS stores is metered.

$12 per active person a month, with 750 pooled participant-minutes per person and $0.01 a minute beyond.
ProposalNucleus Cloud compute
Compute beyond your Included Cloud Compute Usage, at $0.40 per active RCU-hour.
ProposalManaged Cloud Workspaces
$19 per workspace a month, plus the compute it uses and the Cloud Workspace Storage it keeps.
ProposalMore Business Storage
$0.25 per GiB-month beyond your Included Storage Usage.
